A very common complaint on Highlanders as they get older is that the A/C seems to change on it's own. You may start cold and then suddenly on it's own it will get warm or even hot. Or, it can go the other way. This can be because of a bad A/C control head, or it might simply be the "loose nut behind the knob" Here's what I'm talking about, and how to fix it.
