John drives a truck and likes to work on his own vehicle. He had a check engine light come on and had the codes scan for free. They found he had an exhaust gas recirculation code ERG. He replaced the sensor, egr valve, wiring and computer and spent over $800.00 and the check engine light still came after he cleared codes. Basically, he replaced everything in the EGR system.
